A very cozy and basic cardigan for all occasions
About the pattern: it’s a top-down cardigan. The pattern contains detailed instructions with knitting schemes and explanatory videos. I think beginners will find it easy and comfortable to follow, but you should know how to knit with the Seed Stitch and how to make the simplest increases (M1)
Yarn: The Wave Wool by We Are Knitters or Petite Wool by We Are Knitters
Knitting gauge: Seed Stitch (8 mm needles): 12 sts in 10 cm and 26 rows in 10 cm
Needles:
• 8 mm (US 11) circular needles with 80-120 cm needle cord for the body
• 7 mm (US 10.5-11) circular needles with 80-120 cm needle cord for the rib
• 7 mm (US 10.5-11) circular needles with 40 cm needle cord for the sleeves (or you can use 7 mm (US 10.5-11) circular needles with 80-120 cm needle cord if you prefer the Magic Loop Technique)
• 5 mm (US 8) stocking needles for the button band
