This beautiful pattern inspired by Sarah Lund’s jumper from the series “Forbrydelsen”


About the pattern:
•  it’s a bottom-up beanie
•  it’s knitted with double stand of Lana Grossa COCCO. Alternatively you can use DROPS Bouclé (2 stands), but the beanie will fit a little tighter
•  you need about 650 m of yarn to knit this beanie
•  the pattern contains detailed instructions with knitting schemes and explanatory videos. This pattern is suitable for knitters of any level. And beginners will find it very easy and comfortable to follow
•  this hat is suitable for head circumference of 54.5-59 cm


Knitting gauge:
•  K1 P1 Rib (3.5 mm needles): 18 stitches in 10 cm (the number of rows in this swatch may not be considered)
•  Stockinette Stitch (3.5 mm needles): 18 stitches in 10 cm and 20 rows in 10 cm 


Needles:
•  3.5 mm (US 4) circular needles with 40 cm needle cord
•  3.5 mm (US 4) stocking needles to form the top of the beanie (or 3.5 mm circular needles if you prefer the magic loop technique)


Skills needed to knit the beanie: multi-color knitting, casting on, binding off, knitting in the round, flat knitting, knitting K1 P1 Rib
