As usual I’ve made a very user-friendly pattern, it contains very detailed instructions, schemes and videos. It’s easy to follow and you will enjoy your knitting ☺️

About the piece:

  it’s a top-down raglan jumper with a polo collar

  it’s presented with different neckline depths (14, 17 and 28 cm) and two neckline options

  the model is suitable for women and men

Yarn options:

  DROPS Alpaca Bouclé (knit with double thread)

  DROPS Alpaca Bouclé + DROPS Alpaca

Knitting gauge:

  Double Knit Rib, 3- or 3.5-mm needles (for the collar): 24 sts in 10 cm

  Stockinette Stitch, 5- or 5.5-mm needles (for the body): 13-13.5 sts in 10 cm and 22 rows in 10 cm

Needles:

  3-3.5 mm (US 2.5-4) circular needles with  60 or 80 cm needle cord for the collar

  5-5.5 mm (US 8-9) circular needles with 80-120 needle cord for the body

  3-3.5 mm (US 2.5-4) stocking needles for the cuffs (or circular needles if you prefer the magic loop technique )

Yardage: You need 650-1300 m (711-1422 yd) of yarn depending on you size XXS-5XL. The polo is knitted with double strand, so you will need 650-1300 m (711-1422 yd) of each strand

Sizes grid. Bust circumference:

  XXS 75-80 cm | 29½-31½ inches

  XS 80-85 cm | 31½-33½ inches

  S 85-90 cm | 33½-35½ inches

  M 90-95 cm | 35½-37½ inches

  L 95-100 cm | 37½-39½ inches

  XL 100-110 cm | 39½-43¼ inches

  2XL 110-120 cm | 43¼-47¼ inches

  3XL 120-130 cm | 47¼-51¼ inches

  4XL 130-140 cm | 51¼-55 inches

  5XL 140-150 cm | 55-59 inches

The pattern will give you about 10-12 cm of positive ease. For example, if your bust circumference is 90 cm, then knit size S, the width of the sweater on the bust will be about 100-102 cm

Skills needed to knit the sweater: knitting in the round, flat knitting, casting on, binding off, knitting top-down raglan with the short rows, knitting K1 P1, Stockinette Stitch, Knit Double Rib, Wrap and Turn technique for the short rows
